A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Teams of 3
1 person working at a time
In 25 min, complete AMRAP of the following:
40 Pull Ups
50 Push Ups
60 DB Shoulder to Overhead (moderate load per group)
Run 400m together or Row 500m (split up as needed)
If on run or row at time cap, complete and add 1 rep.
Modify movements as needed.
