5K Row (or 5K AirDyne)
300 Wall Balls 20/14#; 10′ Target
300 Sit Ups
Complete each movement before moving on to next station.
Split up work as needed. One person working at a time. Try to maintain high effort since you have built in rest with team.
Group mobility/stretching to finish off week.
