Get Your Free Goals Assessment
We have a very unique program at CrossFit Fresno – especially for people who are new to CrossFit and weightlifting. We start everyone off with a complimentary 20-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if our coaching and community at CrossFit Fresno will be your best path to success.
During Your Free Goals Assessment, We Will:
Get to know you, your motivators, your drivers and current fitness challenges
Provide an overview of our unique training methodology and class options
Give you a tour of CrossFit Fresno’s premier functional fitness training facility
Determine if CrossFit Fresno will be the best solution to get you where you want to go
